AI training · Sacramento County

AI training for your team, at your office.

We teach Sacramento businesses to use AI on their real work, then build the first workflows with them, side by side. Seven weeks, in person, and priced up front so you know the cost before we start.

  • In personEvery session is at your office, in Sacramento County.
  • Seven weeksTwo weeks of preparation, five workshops at your office, and forty hours at the desk with your team.
  • $15,000 + $500 per participantA ten-person team is $20,000. Quoted before we start.
  • Already running in SacramentoSeveral local companies have brought us in this year. You will not be the first.

The problem

Your team has the tools. Nobody has shown them what to do with them.

Most companies we talk to have already paid for ChatGPT or Claude seats. A few people use them for emails. The estimator, the office coordinator, and the accounting lead are still doing the same twelve-step spreadsheet work by hand, because nobody sat with them and worked through it.

That is the whole job. We come to your office, learn how your work actually gets done, and teach each person to use AI on their own tasks. Then we build the first reusable workflows with them, so the skill stays when we leave.

How it works

Seven weeks. Then it is yours.

Two weeks of preparation, five workshops, and forty hours of building at people's desks. Here is how it fits together.

01

Learn your work

Weeks 1 to 2

Before the first workshop, we learn how your team works, draft your AI use policy with leadership, and have our IT team get accounts and connectors set up so everyone is ready on day one.

  • Learn your work through surveys and your real documents
  • AI use policy drafted with leadership
  • Accounts and connectors set up by our IT team
02

Train

Weeks 3 to 7 · five workshops

Five workshops on your documents, not examples. Everyone finishes a real task in the first one.

  • Prompting fundamentals on real tasks
  • Clinic: bring your own work
  • Reusable prompts, projects, and skills
  • Claude or ChatGPT, your choice
03

Build at the desk

Weeks 3 to 7 · alongside the workshops

Between workshops, our workflow engineers sit with people one-on-one or by department, at their own computer, on their own work.

  • One-on-one and department-level skill building
  • 40 hours: 20 Office Hours, 20 Collaborative Skill Building
  • Built alongside your people so they can maintain it
04

Hand off

Week 7

Capstone day at your office. Each person builds an AI workflow for one recurring task and presents it. Leadership picks a favorite.

  • A capstone per team member
  • Findings report on where AI pays off
  • Handoff of all program materials

What changes

How AI-ready is your team?

Week 0Today

Readiness, 0 to 100

Illustrative team. The stages are the ones we actually see in offices; where any one person ends up depends on how much they put in, and we say that up front.

Why us

Experts who show up.

A team of AI educators, implementers, and workflow engineers with national experience and a local address. We do the work ourselves, at your office. Here is what that means for you.

01

In the room

Every session is at your office. We meet your team where they work, on the systems they use, and we come back the next week.

02

Your work, not examples

We collect your real documents before we start and teach on those. Nobody learns AI from a demo about a made-up company.

03

Built with you, not for you

We build alongside your people so they can maintain and extend the work after we leave. We are not trying to become a permanent line item.

04

A price you can approve

One program fee plus a per-participant fee, quoted before we start, half at signing and half at week four. No discovery phase, no change orders.

05

Two platforms, no agenda

We teach on Claude or ChatGPT, whichever your company chooses. We do not resell software or take referral fees.

06

Clear about what is guaranteed

We commit to the time, the people, and three written outputs. What your team builds depends on their participation. We say that up front, in the contract.

Who this is for

Owner-led companies in Sacramento County.

Contractors and trades

Estimating, RFIs, change orders, job start packages, and the reports that eat a project manager's Friday.

Professional services

Government affairs, accounting, law, consulting. Client reports, proposals, and analysis where quality cannot slip.

Office and operations teams

The people running procurement, scheduling, payables, and HR paperwork who have never had time to figure this out.

Teams of roughly ten to twenty

You choose who participates, usually the office team. Our engagements so far have been teams of about that size.

Leaders who want it done

You get a schedule, a price, and a capstone day on the calendar. Not a strategy deck.

Pricing

$15,000, plus $500 per participant.

The program fee covers the two weeks of preparation with leadership and IT, the five workshops, forty hours of one-on-one and department skill building with our workflow engineers, the capstone program, the three written outputs, and twelve months of email support. Each participating team member adds $500, which covers their survey, their seat in the workshops, their time at the desk, and their capstone coaching. A ten-person team is $20,000. You choose who participates; most companies send the office team, and field crews do not need to attend. Half is due at signing and half at the start of week four. Your team's ChatGPT or Claude seats are separate; most companies already have them.

If it is not working, either side can end the engagement with seven days' notice, and any unused fees are refunded.

Why local

We work with your team in person.

Sacramento businesses have mostly been offered AI training two ways: a webinar, or a firm from the Bay Area that flies in for a kickoff and disappears into video calls. Neither one sits next to your estimator while he works through a takeoff.

We are based in Sacramento and we only take engagements we can deliver in person. That means we see how your office actually runs, we notice who is stuck, and we can come back next Monday.

Most AI training offered around here is a lunch-and-learn. This is a seven-week program that has already been run inside several local companies, with their own documents on the screen, and refined each time. You are not the test case.

Anywhere in Sacramento County. Most of our sessions are within twenty-five minutes of downtown.
